Resident Services Coordinator – San Diego

About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants, supporting a high‑quality living experience at a large, stabilized community. You will act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, coordinate community activities, and assist property staff with daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Orient new residents, assist with utility set‑up, and manage package deliveries and claim reminders.
• Develop and publish the property newsletter featuring events, services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and general inquiries; prepare incident reports as required.
• Schedule clubhouse and activity‑center rentals, maintain contracts, and collect applicable fees.
• Ensure guest suites are ready for use and provide additional amenities (movies, books, games).
• Process maintenance work orders, follow up with residents for satisfaction, and compile weekly maintenance reports.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, reporting repair needs to maintenance staff.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of resident services or community‑management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi or other CRM/property‑management software.
• Availability to work Wednesday‑Sunday, 9 am‑6 pm (schedule may change based on business needs).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed for on‑site duties.
