Maintenance Technician – Palm Beach Reserve

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Palm Beach Reserve community—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position works on‑site in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance across the property.
• Diagnose defects, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants, ensuring all units are clean, functional, and ready for lease.
• Adhere to a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation to address urgent issues outside regular hours.
