About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Multisite – Ayra at Hedges Creek/Arbor Heights is responsible for ensuring that the physical components of the properties, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to resident service requests by completing assigned work orders and performing diagnostic assessments to identify the source of defects.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the portfolio, adhering to company policies, safety standards and applicable code requirements.
  • Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and punch‑list creation to prepare units for new tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and time spent on each task.

The role is performed onsite at Greystar’s properties in Tualatin and Tigard, Oregon, requiring a hands‑on approach to building systems and a commitment to maintaining high‑quality living environments.
