Maintenance Technician – Haven at Mission Trace

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure that the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas at Haven at Mission Trace meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future failures and maintain equipment reliability.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating necessary maintenance work before new move‑ins.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance documentation.
• Strong attention to safety, policy compliance and building codes.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors and internal teams.
