Maintenance Technician – Encore at the Park

About the role

This position provides technical and mechanical support for the Encore at the Park community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and preventative‑maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the make‑ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance work, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs safely.
• Experience with preventative‑maintenance and make‑ready procedures.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
