Maintenance Supervisor – The Boulevard

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas of The Boulevard community meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position involves both hands‑on technical work and oversight of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, code requirements, and established procedures.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartments for new move‑ins by conducting pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs.
• Maintain a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.
• Ensure all mechanical and technical systems operate efficiently and safely.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Willingness to work a standard Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) with rotating on‑call duties.
