Maintenance Supervisor – Riverside Station

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work across the Riverside Station community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position reports to the property management team and coordinates both in‑house staff and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and scheduling necessary maintenance or contractor work.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds and amenities to preserve appearance and operational reliability.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations and code compliance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests, manage time effectively and lead a maintenance team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, management and external service providers.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Experience with make‑ready procedures and unit turnover processes.
• Vendor management and contractor coordination.
