Maintenance Supervisor – Reve on the Creek

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement, maintenance execution, and final inspection.
• Develop and enforce standards for the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Periodically inspect work performed by team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards, scope, and specifications.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; coordinate with the Community Manager to order supplies within budget.
• Adhere to a Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with rotating on‑call duties.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical or technical issues and performing repairs according to established policies and safety codes.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, inventory, and vendor coordination.
