Maintenance Supervisor – New Braunfels Heights

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical and mechanical upkeep of our New Braunfels Heights community. The role ensures that apartments, common areas, grounds and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds and amenities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential property maintenance or similar environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and manage vendor relationships.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to resident satisfaction.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to use maintenance management software for work order tracking.
