Luxury Lease-Up Community Manager

About the role

Greystar is launching Windrose, a brand‑new luxury active‑adult community in Fairfax. We are looking for a dynamic Lease‑Up Community Manager to lead the launch, drive leasing velocity and ensure long‑term operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident concerns, complaints, questions and requests, handling escalated disputes with empathy.
• Prepare and submit accounting, financial, administrative and operational reports accurately and on time.
• Act as liaison with ownership, investors and regional/asset management teams, leading site visits and providing performance updates and market insights.
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, expense control, and long‑term asset preservation.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and performance management of on‑site team members, ensuring compliance with required certifications.

Required profile

• Proven operational expertise in property management, preferably in luxury or active‑adult communities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to foster a resident‑centered culture.
• Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with Fair Housing, ADA and FCRA regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
