Pre-leasing Sales & Lifestyle Consultant

About the role

The Pre-leasing Sales & Lifestyle Consultant will support the lease‑up phase of Windrose, driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention by delivering a premium living experience from the first tour through long‑term residency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and processing applications.
• Execute credit screening, criminal background checks, lease preparation, and move‑in package assembly to ensure a smooth resident onboarding.
• Collect and record pertinent move‑in information from new residents.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events that generate traffic and enhance community visibility.
• Support and coordinate resident‑focused events to build a vibrant, connected community.
