About the role
Starbucks is looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the go‑to‑market strategy and execution of its Starbucks Rewards program. In this role you will translate customer behavior into insight‑driven campaigns that deepen engagement and drive measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market plan for loyalty initiatives, including promotions, offers, games and experiences.
- Create clear marketing briefs that align cross‑functional teams on objectives, target audience, messaging and positioning.
- Partner with marketing, digital, analytics, operations and finance to launch multi‑channel campaigns on schedule.
- Manage timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution in a fast‑paced environment.
- Monitor performance, produce read‑outs and continuously refine the loyalty experience based on industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance program capabilities.
Required profile
- 5–7+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, lifecycle or integrated marketing, preferably within retail, e‑commerce or consumer brands.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of managing go‑to‑market strategies and delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
- Strong project‑management abilities and experience coordinating with external agencies.

- Experience with loyalty/CRM platforms.
