Associate Project Manager – Creative Operations (Packaging)

About the role

Starbucks is looking for an Associate Project Manager in Creative Operations to support the routing and review of global packaging artwork. You will work closely with internal brand teams and external partners to ensure brand integrity, compliance, and efficient collaboration across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the routing and review of packaging artwork, ensuring alignment with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Manage creative workflows and stakeholder feedback using Adobe WorkFront or similar tools.
• Track artwork progress, prioritize tasks, and synthesize clear, actionable feedback for internal and external teams.
• Maintain compliance with Starbucks brand guidelines, IP standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase workflow efficiency and scalability across global teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in creative project coordination or management, preferably within CPG or packaging workflows.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills in creative or operational environments.
• High attention to detail and ability to communicate feedback clearly across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MarTech systems and intellectual‑property principles.
• Experience analyzing data, tracking metrics, and contributing to continuous‑improvement reporting.

Required skills

• Adobe WorkFront (or similar project‑management/proofing tool).
