About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Consumer Insights Leader to drive data‑driven decisions for the Starbucks brand within Nestlé’s Coffee & Beverage Division. The role will shape consumer‑centric strategies, translate research into actionable insights, and partner with brand management to influence growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consumer perspectives as a brand co‑pilot, translating syndicated and custom data into compelling stories.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable “what, so‑what, now‑what” narratives.
• Develop and execute annual learning plans, manage budgets, and oversee supplier relationships.
• Contribute to corporate objectives such as market share, sales volume growth, brand health, and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sociology or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing research or consumer insight experience with proven business impact.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
