Logistics & Transportation Security AI Trainer (Remote, $140–$160/hr)

About the role

We are looking for experienced logistics and transportation security professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as AI Trainers. In this remote, part‑time consultancy you will help improve large language model safety by creating and evaluating realistic security scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Generate industry‑specific scenarios covering cargo theft prevention, hazmat compliance, and logistics risk management.
• Evaluate AI‑generated outputs and identify nuanced safety, risk, and policy edge cases.
• Apply detailed annotation guidelines and attach structured metadata to each example.
• Document classification decisions with clear rationale and review work for quality and realism.
• Contribute domain expertise to the development of safety classifiers.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in logistics security, transportation risk, cargo investigations, port or airport security, or DOT compliance.
• Professional titles such as Logistics Security Manager, Hazmat Compliance Lead, Port Security Director, or Cargo Security Investigator.
• U.S.-based professional with a LinkedIn profile.
