About the role

B&T Building Services is seeking a reliable individual to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in a school environment. The role involves keeping classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas clean, safe, and presentable for students and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and map floors as needed.
• Disinfect surfaces throughout the facility.
• Clean offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and classrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to lift weights up to 25 lb.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Minimum one year of experience in commercial cleaning and maintenance.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping.
• Surface disinfection.
• Basic waste handling.
