Facilities Management – Custodial Lead – 2nd Shift

About the role

The University of Arkansas seeks a motivated Custodial Lead for the 2nd (night) shift within its Facilities Management team. This position oversees the nightly cleaning operations across campus facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff during the night shift.

Required profile

• Current student or employee of the University of Arkansas system.
• Eligibility for regular employment (not a work‑study position).
• Availability to work night hours on a consistent basis.
