About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Verona community in Santa Monica. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment units.
• Process leasing applications and perform credit screenings.
• Manage lease sign‑ups, renewals, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support community promotion.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably with a 30% closing ratio.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy goals.
