About the role

This position oversees the day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized multifamily property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily property operations and resources for a 115‑unit community.
  • Lead and supervise team members to deliver high‑quality resident services.
  • Monitor and achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and company policies.
  • Maintain weekend availability as required.

Required profile

  • 3‑5 years of community manager experience, preferably in retail or multi‑building environments.
  • Experience managing stabilized properties.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
  • Proficiency with OneSite software.
