About the role
This position oversees the day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized multifamily property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations and resources for a 115‑unit community.
- Lead and supervise team members to deliver high‑quality resident services.
- Monitor and achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and company policies.
- Maintain weekend availability as required.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of community manager experience, preferably in retail or multi‑building environments.
- Experience managing stabilized properties.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
- Proficiency with OneSite software.
