About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of The Charlie SM C&B property in Santa Monica. You will lead a team, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input for property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Achieve targeted revenues by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
- Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
- Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and late‑fee collections.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of Community Manager experience, preferably in multi‑building or retail environments.
- Weekend availability and a Monday‑Friday schedule.
- Proficiency with Yardi and OneSite property‑management software.
