Leasing Professional – The Olivian

About the role

The Olivian community is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Coordinate move‑in processes to deliver a stellar experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email and market available units through social media and online platforms.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
