About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Charlie Perris community. This entry‑level position focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and supporting resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any necessary maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate; no prior industry experience required.
• Preferably 1+ year of leasing experience and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm, with weekend availability as needed.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
