Leasing Professional – The Avenue Hollywood

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Avenue Hollywood community. This role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, and ensure accurate move‑in documentation.
• Maintain resident relationships, address inquiries, and coordinate lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the property and support resident events.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably within the Los Angeles market.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Realpage, OneSite, and ILM.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
