Leasing Professional – The Harper at Harmon Meadow

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction at The Harper at Harmon Meadow, a Greystar‑managed community in Secaucus, NJ. You will lead all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting marketing and renewal initiatives to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before resident move‑in to ensure readiness and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate lease renewals and retain existing residents through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement community promotion strategies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and report occupancy metrics.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high‑quality resident experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
