Leasing Professional – Sun River Village

About the role

The Leasing Professional for Sun River Village will lead all leasing activities, from attracting prospective residents to securing lease renewals, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Reporting to the community management team, you will be the primary point of contact for prospects and current residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness, and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in the on‑site property management system (OneSite, Yardi), tracking availability, traffic, and resident demographics.
• Ensure show units and community areas meet Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency with internet marketing tools and social media platforms.
