About the role

The Leasing Professional at Retreat at Riverbend will lead the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets. Working within Greystar’s national real‑estate platform, you will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey and ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, answering questions and assessing fit for the community.
• Conduct tours of the property and showcase available apartments to potential residents.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and verify documentation.
• Prepare lease agreements, assemble move‑in packages, and guide residents through the signing process.
• Coordinate resident move‑ins, ensuring apartments are clean, ready, and meet quality standards.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready and address any deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and follow up on lease renewals to support resident retention.
