Leasing Professional – Prose Ascend

About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Prose Ascend community is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, ensure a smooth move‑in experience, and maintain high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Manage lease renewals and work to retain existing residents.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and compliance.
