About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Park Newport community in Newport Beach. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents.
- Conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Manage all leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing resident support throughout lease terms.
- Secure lease renewals and maintain high resident retention.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of leasing experience.
- Proven ability to handle a large community (1300+ units).
- Sales experience in a residential setting.
- Experience with Yardi property management software.
- Availability to work weekends, typically 9 am‑6 pm.
