Leasing Professional – New Braunfels Heights

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join its New Braunfels Heights community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues and maintain move‑in ready standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospective and existing residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
