Leasing Professional – High‑rise Community in Seattle

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the brand‑new 550‑unit high‑rise community, Mason & Main, located near downtown Seattle. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Coordinate move‑in experiences to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Research market comps and support marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Plan and execute community events to foster resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is preferred.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired but not required).
