Senior Community Manager – Mason & Main

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Senior Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations for two or more of its Mason & Main properties. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of large community properties, meeting budgeted financial and operational targets.
• Control expenditures, manage maintenance repairs, and stay within approved budgets.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and daily task coordination.
• Approve resident applications, discounts, and lease renewals while enforcing lease policies.
• Maintain client/owner relationships by providing performance updates and responding to requests.

Required profile

• Previous property management experience (fee management preferred).
• Proven supervisory skills with ability to hire, lead, and evaluate team members.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, fiscal reporting, and expense control.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Yardi/OneSite property management software.
