Leasing Professional – High Rise Community

About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a high‑rise, stabilized property of 347 units in Nashville, Tennessee. This full‑time role is focused on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals by managing all activities related to leasing new residents, maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
- Coordinate marketing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and work to secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
- Ability to work in a high‑rise, stabilized apartment community.
