About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Greenwood at Katy community. The goal is to achieve high occupancy, revenue targets, and resident retention by delivering exceptional leasing experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Assemble move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
- Attention to detail for processing applications, conducting screenings, and preparing lease documents.
- Ability to manage multiple leasing activities and maintain accurate records.
