Leasing Professional – Glen at the Park

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Glen at the Park will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in and lease renewal. Reporting to property management, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective renters.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage tours, applications, and move‑in processes.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and lease documentation.

Required skills
