Leasing Professional – Prose Murphy Creek

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Prose Murphy Creek community in Aurora. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities: greet prospects, qualify leads, give tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leasing or property‑management sales.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service throughout the lease term.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining move‑in ready units.
