Leasing Professional – Garden‑Style Community in Charlotte

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for Bolton West Charlotte, a garden‑style community of 378 units. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting resident retention throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance tasks, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
• Interest in real‑estate leasing and resident retention.
