Leasing Professional for The Bennett Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Bennett community, ensuring occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction targets are met. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, guiding them through the leasing process and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, resident data, and leasing metrics.
• Maintain show‑unit standards and ensure compliance with company policies on concessions and specials.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a sales mindset.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.
