Leasing Professional for Champions Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Champions Apartments/Artemis community in Colorado Springs. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Manage lease renewals and implement strategies to retain existing residents.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote community vacancies and achieve occupancy goals.
