About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Elm at Panorama community in Denver. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing process.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
