Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective residents.
• Manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect tours to lease signing.
• Provide ongoing resident support to ensure satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Secure lease renewals and maintain high resident retention rates.
• Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
