About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the 195‑unit Cru at Willows community in Seattle. This position ensures smooth property performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, financial performance, and budget targets for the property.
- Lead and supervise on‑site team members, coordinating tasks and resources.
- Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
- Maintain high resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and report operational metrics to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
