Leasing Professional – Broadstone EADO

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Broadstone EADO community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by managing all leasing activities and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and manage lease renewals to retain existing residents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Ability to greet and qualify prospects and conduct property tours.
• Experience processing applications, credit checks, and background screenings.
• Skill in preparing lease documents and coordinating move‑in procedures.
• Attention to detail when inspecting apartments for readiness.
