About the role
The Leasing Manager will lead all marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities for The Heights at Legend Hills community. This role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention while ensuring the property meets Greystar’s standards of appearance and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing, and manage concessions.
- Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
- Create and execute print and online advertising strategies, leveraging technology and Greystar’s property management software for reporting.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the property’s appearance and safety meet company standards, and enhance unit salability through inspections and merchandising techniques.
- Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
- Review and analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to guide decision‑making.
