Leasing Manager – San Diego

About the role

Greystar is seeking a results‑driven Leasing Manager to lead the lease‑up of a new 432‑unit community in the San Diego area. The role combines market analysis, strategic marketing, and team leadership to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing, and manage concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute print and digital advertising campaigns using available technology.
• Generate sales and leasing reports through Greystar’s property management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of leasing manager experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Strong market analytics and sub‑market knowledge.
• Proficiency with Hello Data and conducting comparable surveys.
• Proven track record of high conversion rates and sales performance.
• Ability to analyze leasing trends, provide strategic marketing feedback, and lead teams effectively.
