Interim Service Supervisor – Marlowe Palomar Heights

About the role

The Interim Service Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the Marlowe Palomar Heights community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite position oversees technical and mechanical maintenance activities and supports resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee and manage the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience supervising maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and internal staff.
