Leasing Consultant – Cadence Creek (Towne Lake)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Cadence Creek at Towne Lake community in Cypress, Texas. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while supporting existing residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and employer outreach, to generate traffic.
• Utilize the on‑site property management software to track unit availability, capture prospect data, and analyze leasing metrics.
• Maintain show‑ready units and common areas, coordinating with maintenance to ensure high presentation standards.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours, handling inquiries, thank‑you communications, and lease renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns, coordinate resolutions, and document interactions in the CRM.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, leasing, marketing, or customer‑service environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing legal documents and interacting with residents.
• Basic mathematical ability to process sales conversions and financial records.
