Lease‑Up Leasing Professional – 222 North City

About the role

We are looking for a Lease‑Up Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing and renewal activities for our 458‑unit community at 222 North City. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate lead management and follow‑up using Yardi, CRM or Funnel systems.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of lease‑up or leasing experience, preferably in high‑end or luxury properties.
• Proven ability to lease in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with marketing outreach and weekend availability (9 am–6 pm schedule).
• Experience with lead management and resident‑retention processes.
