Lead Infant Teacher – Full-Time (Mon–Fri)

About the role

Discovery Kidzone is looking for an experienced Lead Infant Teacher to join its early childhood education team. The role starts on September 8, 2026 and offers a consistent Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom routines for infants and young toddlers.
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning experiences.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies.
• Guide and support classroom team members and organize materials.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting.
• Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred.
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related coursework preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to meet state licensing and background check requirements.
