About the role

The Vice President, Global Education Capabilities leads the strategy and execution of professional education for DePuy Synthes, supporting commercial growth across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global education capability roadmap aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build scalable education platforms, learning technologies, and operating models for surgeons, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, and medical education leaders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Establish global standards, governance, and best practices for content development, delivery, and measurement.
• Lead a high‑performing global team, fostering inclusion and talent development.
• Drive innovation in digital, hybrid, and experiential learning methodologies while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12‑14 years of progressive experience in professional education, commercial enablement, or learning strategy within healthcare or medical devices.
• Proven experience leading global education capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, cross‑functional partnership, and senior‑level stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

What we offer

• Base salary range $199,000 – $366,850 per year.
