Kids Fitness Coach / Instructor

About the role

KidStrong is looking for enthusiastic coaches who love helping children become stronger, smarter and more confident. As a Kids Fitness Coach you will work with children from walking age up to 11 years, delivering a science‑based curriculum that blends movement, brain development and character building.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily fitness sessions, encouraging kids to run, jump, crawl and explore movement.
• Deliver KidStrong’s curriculum in a fun, engaging and age‑appropriate manner.
• Provide positive feedback, high‑fives and encouragement to motivate each child.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Communicate progress and milestones to parents and staff.

Required profile

• Passion for youth development and a genuine love for working with children.
• Energetic, upbeat personality with the ability to inspire and engage kids.
• Flexibility to work part‑time hours with potential to transition to full‑time.
• Commitment to KidStrong’s mission of building stronger, smarter kids.

Required skills

• Experience as a coach, personal trainer, physical‑education teacher or similar role.
• Ability to lead group activities and manage a classroom‑like setting.
• Basic knowledge of child‑focused fitness and movement principles.
